A to Z Dry Clean Limited is a modern garment-care company created to make professional clothing care simpler, more transparent and more convenient.
We are not building a traditional dry-cleaning experience. Our service is designed around a personalised Smart Garment Box, digital ordering, garment identification, customer notifications, inspection records and a clear history of what happened to every order.
We are launching our customer collection and delivery service in Limassol first, with expansion to more cities across Cyprus planned as the service grows.
Our goal is simple: to give customers the convenience of door-to-door garment care without losing the reassurance, accountability and attention that valuable clothing deserves.

A smarter way to begin
New Personal customers first become members. After successful setup, a personalised, barcoded Smart Garment Box is delivered within 24 hours, subject to service-area and operational availability. Once the box is activated and linked to the account, the customer can schedule pickups whenever needed.
Become a Member → €40 refundable Smart Box deposit → Receive personalised box → Activate → Schedule pickup anytime → Keep and reuse the same box until account cancellation/closure.
What we offer
Personal garment care
For individuals and households: dry cleaning, laundry, ironing/finishing, personal clothing and selected household items such as bedding and duvets. Standard B2C prices are visible before membership.
48-hour standard service
Our current standard target is 48 hours, with 24-hour Express where eligible. If a garment genuinely needs more time, we notify the customer with the reason and revised estimate.
My A to Z Inbox
Every Personal customer has a private communication and history channel for inspection findings, photos, approvals, price corrections, timing changes, invoices, pickup/delivery events and support cases.
Inspection & documentation
Where appropriate, we record garment condition, stains, loose buttons, tears, zipper/lining concerns, photographs and selected measurements to create a clearer before-and-after history.
Corporate uniform care
Corporate is strictly for company-paid staff uniforms and workwear. Corporate pricing is private and provided only after a business applies, is verified and receives a tailored commercial offer.
15% employee benefit
Employees of approved Corporate Partners use the Personal route for their own garments and pay personally, but receive a 15% benefit on eligible Personal garment-care services while employer-managed eligibility remains active.
Our promise of transparency
We want customers to know what we received, what we found, what changed, what it costs, when it will be ready and what happened to the garment. That principle guides our website, mobile app, My A to Z Inbox and operational workflow.
If an item has been entered under the wrong category, if a specialist material such as leather requires a different service, or if a difficult stain needs more time, our aim is to communicate early and clearly. Where a separate paid treatment or material-risk decision requires approval, we ask before proceeding.
